3. Service & Repair Booking Policies Appointments: Online booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. An online request does not guarantee a specific time slot until you receive a confirmation email or phone call.

Estimates: Prices listed on the website for services are estimates only. Final pricing for auto and bike repairs is contingent upon physical inspection of the vehicle or bicycle at our facility (933 SW Biltmore St, Port St. Lucie, FL).
Authorizations: You authorize us to operate your vehicle/bike for the purpose of testing and inspection.
Mechanic’s Lien: Pursuant to Florida law, we reserve the right to assert a mechanic's lien on any vehicle or bike for which services or storage fees remain unpaid.

Storage Fees: Vehicles or bikes left at our facility for more than 3 business days after notification of service completion may be subject to a daily storage fee, unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Products, Vehicles, and Accuracy of Information Accessories: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (auto and bike accessories) that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Vehicle Sales: Any vehicles (cars or bikes) listed for sale on this site are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranties express or implied, unless explicitly stated in a separate written Buyers Order or Bill of Sale. All vehicle sales are subject to prior sale.

Modifications: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
