1. Overview At NATES AUTO REPAIR & PERFORMANCE INC., our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and our services. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

2. Return Period Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (for products) or service completion, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns (Parts & Accessories) To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused: It must be in the same condition that you received it. Packaging: It must be in the original packaging. Proof: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).
Non-Returnable Items:

Electrical automotive parts (once installed or plugged in).

Hazardous materials (oils, fluids, batteries).

Downloadable software products.

Gift cards.

Custom-ordered parts or personalized accessories.

4. Return Policy for Vehicles and Bicycles Vehicles (Cars/Trucks): All vehicle sales are final. Vehicles are sold "AS-IS" without a cooling-off period unless explicitly required by Florida State Law or stated in a separate written agreement. Please inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchasing. Bicycles/E-Bikes: Bicycles may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they have been ridden less than 10 miles (verified by odometer for e-bikes) and are free of any wear, dirt, or damage. A restocking fee will apply.

5. Restocking Fees Standard Parts & Accessories: A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs. Bicycles/E-Bikes: A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returned bikes to cover safety inspections and re-boxing. Defective Items: No restocking fee is charged if the item is being returned due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

6. Service & Labor Refunds Labor: Labor charges for auto or bike repair services are non-refundable once the work has been performed. Booking Deposits: If you cancel a service appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your booking deposit may be forfeited. Warranty Work: If a repair fails due to defective parts or workmanship, please contact us immediately. We stand by our work and will correct the issue under our service warranty terms, but we do not offer cash refunds for labor performed.

7. How to Initiate a Return To return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email contact@narservices.us or call +1 772-336-3155 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Pack: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the box. Ship: Mail your product to: NATES AUTO REPAIR & PERFORMANCE INC. Returns Dept. 933 SW Biltmore St, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983, USA

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

8. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

9. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
