1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Shipping Locations At this time, NATES AUTO REPAIR & PERFORMANCE INC. ships merchandise (accessories and parts) only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large items, bicycles, or heavy automotive parts. Please provide a physical street address. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Timeframes (Google Shopping Requirements) Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will generally be processed the next business day. Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Total Delivery Time: Expect your item to arrive within 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Note: Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or severe weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Standard Shipping: Calculated at Checkout based on carrier rates. Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on accessory orders over a specific amount (promotional). Heavy/Oversized Items: Engines, transmissions, bicycles, and large body parts may incur a freight surcharge.

5. Local Pickup (In-Store) You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Port St. Lucie location. Location: 933 SW Biltmore St, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983, USA. Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Instructions: After placing your order, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

6. Vehicle & Bike Shipping Important This shipping policy applies to accessories and parts only. Cars/Vehicles: Vehicles listed for sale are generally Local Pickup Only. If you require a vehicle to be shipped, you must arrange your own third-party auto transport service. We can assist in coordinating the hand-off to your carrier but do not assume liability once the vehicle leaves our lot. E-Bikes/Bicycles: Bicycles may be shipped via ground freight or specialty bike carriers. Some assembly may be required upon arrival (handlebars, pedals, front wheel).

7. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
8. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at contact@narservices.us. Process: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photos of the damaged box and the damaged item. Claim: We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier (UPS/USPS) to recover the cost of the damaged item.
